Amplo Capital was founded in 2018 with the intent to leverage over a decade of multifamily expertise and relationships and lean into the growth and relative risk adjusted returns of the asset class.  Since that time, Amplo has created numerous additional strategic relationships and added to the properties developed, forged relationships and created investment and development opportunities.  Through relationships and trust, Amplo is focused on increasing its footprint throughout the Southeast.  Joseph Holt is the founder and principal of Amplo and has over fifteen years of experience in the multifamily housing industry.  Prior to founding Amplo Capital, Joseph co-founded Kore Company, a multifamily development firm based in Birmingham, AL.  Joseph's background also includes seven years in multifamily investment sales at Rock Apartment Advisors, now Harbert Multifamily, where he was Vice President and led the firm's institutional investment sales team.  Joseph graduated from Auburn University in 2008 with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Finance and has a Masters of Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
